Activity 1: Project Kick-Off & Management
The foundation of FEMP. All three partners align on goals, timelines, and quality standards to ensure smooth collaboration across Malta, Madeira, and Cyprus throughout the project’s 24 months.
Activity 2: Blueprint Creation Lab
A co-created Female Entrepreneurship Toolkit covering business planning, digital marketing, finance, and innovation. Available in English, Portuguese, and Greek; built by island women, for island women.
Activity 3: SheLeads Online Platform
Our central digital hub hosting free resources, inspiring stories, a peer forum, and event replays. Open access and fully accessible, designed to keep the community connected beyond project events.
Activity 4: SheLeads Conferences
Three live networking and learning events hosted in Madeira, Cyprus, and Malta. Each conference brings together women entrepreneurs, mentors, and policymakers — and is live-streamed for wider reach.Our central digital hub hosting free resources, inspiring stories, a peer forum, and event replays. Activity 5: "Teach Me" Workshops
Short, practical online training sessions on digital marketing, financial literacy, pitching, and innovation. Flexible, interactive, and designed to fit around busy lives.
Activity 6: One-to-One Mentoring
Ten aspiring women entrepreneurs are matched with experienced mentors for personalised guidance. From refining a business idea to building a concrete action plan — tailored support that makes a real difference.

A Maltese foundation dedicated to employability and entrepreneurial empowerment, particularly for youth and disadvantaged groups. P2EINT leads project management, quality assurance, and the Malta-based workshops and mentoring.
My Madeira Island
📍 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal
A non-profit organisation promoting non-formal education, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and community development in Madeira. MMI leads the Blueprint Toolkit development, the SheLeads Platform, and hosts the first SheLeads Conference.
Technologos Research and Innovation Services
📍 Larnaca, Cyprus
A female-led SME specialising in ICT, digital learning, and innovation. Technologos leads the dissemination and sustainability strategy, supports platform development, and hosts the Cyprus SheLeads Conference.
