Navigating the Online Platform.
What is this website for?
She-Leads.eu is the online platform for the FemPowered Islands (FEMP) project, a hub for free educational resources, stories, and updates supporting women entrepreneurs across European island communities.
How do I find a specific resource?
Go to Resources in the main menu, then browse by category, Reports & Documents, Podcasts & Live Streams, BluePrint Creation Lab, or External Resources.
What do the resource categories mean?
- Reports & Documents: focus group findings, written reports, and stories from participants.
- Podcasts & Live Streams: audio content and recordings of project events and conferences.
- BluePrint Creation Lab: the Female Entrepreneurship Blueprint Toolkit and related training materials.
- External Resources: relevant articles and links from outside the project, shared for reference only.
How do I open or download a resource?
Click into any resource card, then use the “Access Resource” button on its page to view, download, or follow the link.
How do I share something I find useful?
Every resource page has share buttons at the bottom for Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads and WhatsApp.
Is this website accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the site follows WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, including image descriptions, accessible colour contrast, and transcripts for audio/video content where available.

What is FemPowered Islands (FEMP)?
FEMP is an Erasmus+ funded project supporting women’s entrepreneurship across three European islands, Cyprus, Malta, and Madeira, through training, mentoring, and digital resources.
Who funds this project?
FEMP is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union under Action KA210-ADU, Small-scale Partnerships in Adult Education.
How long does the project run?
From March 2026 to June 2027.
What does the project actually do?
It delivers free training, peer learning, and digital tools to help women build and scale their own businesses, with a focus on inclusion, cross-border collaboration, and reducing the entrepreneurship gender gap in island communities.

Who are the partners?
Coordinator: Passport 2 Employability International (P2E) from Malta.
Partner: T.R.I. Technologos Research and Innovation Services from Cyprus.
Partner: Associação My Madeira Island from Portugal.
Can I get involved if I'm not in Cyprus, Malta, or Madeira?
The project’s core activities focus on these three island communities, but resources published here are freely accessible to anyone.
